In the first article our analysis focuses on the identification of the different salary deductions of teachers in Kimbanguist and Protestant schools in the city of Basoko. We also evaluate the impact of these salary deductions on the experience of teachers working in Kimbanguist and Protestant schools in the city of Basoko.
