Acute heart failure in Montlucon Bassirima Traoré

Acute heart failure is one of the oldest medical pathologies described. The ageing of the population and the improved survival of myocardial infarction have led to an increase in chronic heart failure, which increases the frequency of hospitalizations for acute decompensation. In our series at the Montluçon hospital, its etiology was dominated by the occurrence of an arrhythmia and the rapidly favourable evolution by the depletive treatment.
