The book contains a study on the relationship between addiction to new technologies Mobile Phone and Video Games and healthy lifestyle in students of public educational institutions. As it is evident the continuous development of society, in which technology naturally plays an important role as the protagonist of the communication of the new era, has led to various cultural transformations in all areas of society and, therefore, is a new way of perceiving language and knowledge, but also demands strategies and an adaptive response to healthy lifestyles and ways of coping with life. The results allow us to affirm that there is an inverse relationship between the addiction to new technologies and the healthy lifestyle presented by the students, this means that the inadequate use of new technologies, internet, mobile phones and video games, is related to the inadequate development of healthy lifestyles in stress management, nutrition, interpersonal relationships, exercise and self-actualization.
