One of the fundamental mechanisms of crisis and environmental law is to identify and evaluate the environmental effects of projects and actions and evaluating health effects. The advantages of the crisis and environmental law are the significant reduction in non-recyclable wastes and resource depletion, a significant reduction in pollutants' emission into the environment, green design, and eco-friendly products to minimize their environmental impact, in production, consumption, and discharge to the environmental health measurement, monitoring, and control of the environmental impact of raw materials and increasing environmental awareness among employees and workers. Environmental health impact assessment (EHIA) can be defined as the systematic identification and evaluation of the potential health effects (or impacts) of proposed projects, plans, programs, policies, or legislative actions relative to the physical-chemical, biological, cultural, and socio-economical components of the total environmental health. National and International Environmental Health Policy (EHIA) is proposed by the author of this book to mitigate the crisis and environmental effects.
