Career choice is not only a hard decision to take but prove to be a turning point in a person?s life. It is obvious that the innate talent of the person play a vital role in the selection of a profession as it shows signs of success towards chosen career. One of the factor that influence the career choice is aptitude. Aptitude is a quality somebody possesses since the time of his birth and he doesn't develop it at the later part of life. There is no certain category of quality that defines the aptitude of a person and it can be both psychological and physical. The purpose of this study is to promote awareness among students in order to explore their hidden talent and for parents which create an insight among them. Moreover, the study aimed to explore the relationship between career choice and aptitude. The sample of 100 (50 boys, 50 girls) students was taken which belongs to different schools of Pakistan. The Differential Aptitude Test was used in order to analyze the aptitude. The achievement was categorized into 3 ranges which include low achiever, Lower medium, and Upper medium.
