"REFLECTIONOLOGY", is the act of reflection. It's important to realize that teens are dealing with issues that were nonexistent years ago, sexting, social media, and vaping, just to name a few. Being able to reflect on these and other issues might determine whether teens are victims, villains, or victors, in many cases. To clarify, "Reflectionology" provides an opportunity for teens to deal with their thoughts and feelings in a healthy and safe manner while at the same time enhancing writing skills.

Furthermore, "Reflectionology" was created for the sole purpose of examining teens' innermost thoughts and feelings. Ultimately, the aim is for them to develop the capacity to consider the feelings of others and to ponder the possible consequences of their actions.

This journal is informative as well as a means of expression. Be that as it may, "Reflectionology" is not your typical journal. It contains meaningful and relevant quotes, self-assessments regarding friendships and self-esteem, a social media survey that can be done with friends, thought-provoking topics and eye-opening illustrations that symbolize the good, the bad and the ugly.
