This second cook book features pork in a variety of different ways and has a bonus bacon section. I think meat lovers will agree that everything is better with bacon so I included bacon in its own section. The recipes are fairly simple and include descriptions at the end of each to give you an idea of what the recipe should taste like before you try to make it. This book is the second in my series of "15 of My Favorite Recipes" and is formatted to be in an easier e-format and smaller hard copy edition.
