The purpose of this monogram is not to write the history of India and its civilizations. The sole aim of this write up is to introduce the reader to ancient India, its Monarchs, Vedic civilization and its contribution to world. Out of all civilizations, this one is most neglected. This civilization and its contribution is grossly ignored by contemporary history books. India should have occupied a significant space in world history. Instead it finds its name in foot notes of world history. In fact, India has been cradle of human civilization and founder of scientific ideas. Philosophy of India rose as an enquiry in to mystery of Life and Existence. As an off shoot, this monogram clears the notion of Aryan invasion of India in 1500BC, a myth created by west to legitimize their rule of India as well to down grade the indigenous advanced civilization.
