I'm excited to introduce Sara Hanks and Dr. Nancy Ross from Dixie State University. I'll let them introduce themselves more in a minute, but we're going to talk about their latest book, "Where We Must Stand." It's about 10 years of the Feminist Mormon Housewives blog. They will discuss successes in pushing for change within the LDS Church, and their reactions to Kate Kelly's excommunication. How did Nancy and Sara react? Are they still active in the LDS Church? Many faithful Latter-day Saints may be concerned that Mormon feminism is a road to apostasy. Is that true? Would the church split like the Community of Christ did over women's ordination? Early Mormon women blessed by laying on of hands. If the practice returned, would that be good enough for the Ordain Women movement, or do they require ordination? I also asked them what their favorite essays were. Check out their answers!
