Gautham and Keerthana are psychiatrists by profession and a happy couple until one day, Sanjay, who claims to suffer from DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) visits Dr. Gautham for treatment. Dr. Gautham, who is among the best psychiatrists in the country, clarifies to Sanjay that he is completely normal. However, a confused Sanjay requests Dr. Gautham to remove his apprehensions. Upon his request, with the intention to clear Sanjay's confusions, Dr. Gautham agrees to treat him. But later, he becomes a trouble. One day, when Keerthana visits her husband, to reveal that they are soon to be parents, she encounters the bitter truth that shatters her life in a moment. Soon, she regains her composure and starts rearranging the jigsaw pieces to find out who's troubling her husband. She learns about a secret project initiated by two men. A chain of events will reveal how her husband is a very crucial part of their project. The story is about this secret project and how Dr. Gautham is involved with it. It details how Dr. Gautham deals with Sanjay and what happens to the fate of that secret project. This is a fictional work involving a novel method in psychology.
