Jak's Legacy Jodi Flom

Grief is something that people in every walk of life experience, even though every story may not be the same. In Jodi Flom's experience, God used her grief to turn a tragedy into something positive. After the loss of her 16-year-old son, Travis "Jak" Flom, due to a tragic snowmobile accident, she witnessed how his loss impacted both his family and his community, bringing everyone to an understanding that God has created us to be overcomers and has given us the power to have victory even over death. This story is a true account of God's love and how the strength of a mother's love can't compare to the love our Heavenly Father has for His children. Jodi Flom is a 45 year old mother of four children. Along with her husband DelRay, 46, Travis was their oldest child. There other children, Tiffany, 18 years old has a heart for Thailand; Tyler, 16 years old, has a heart for Mexico; and Trevor is 13 years old. She resides in Thief River Falls, MN with her husband, DelRay, to whom she has been married 26 years. Jodi works as an EMS in her community. She has a heart for Africa where she has been and plans to go again soon.
