This is more so as the central message of the gospel as the power of God for the transformation of a believer's life has given way to humanistic philosophy and an emphasis on this worldly. The book is a call to believers to rediscover the gospel of Jesus Christ, and His kingdom principles. It is a call for paradigm shift - a shift from emphasis on this worldly to biblical Christianity. Dr. Vincent O. Oshin was a pastor of the Foursquare Gospel Church and a college professor in Nigeria. He currently lives in the United States with his wife, Adefunke. Before retiring voluntarily as a professor in African history, he combined his work in the academia with active role in the church. He is involved in literature ministry and with founding Resource centres for networking and equipping Saints for the work of ministry. Dr. Oshin is the founder of Word and Spirit ministries, and Director of Centre for Biblical Christianity.
