In this the sequel to The Four Evangelist Jack Seagram, a private investigator, must help the FBI put together the pieces of what happened on a tragic night in Belial City, Oregon. At the same time with their families left in shards Jack, his family, and friends, that survived the night, must begin the process of rebuilding their lives. Just as Jack's niece Mia and her boyfriend Lucas begin to feel like there's some semblance of normal coming back to their lives the demons once again appear from the shadows. Determined to bring to fruition their prophecy of doom the demons lead Jack, his family, and friends once more down a steep path into their fiery darkness. As their worlds collapse into the demons' black abyss they use Mia and Lucas to prepare to raise Belial City from its ashes. Using their prophecy they prepare the remnant to take its glorified place at the right hand of Satin himself. When the morning's light finally illuminates the darkness Jack and his family will find their world consumed by the flames of Hell.
