There is One Religion: the Religion of Know Thyself

Knowing the elements of one s identity helps one in becoming a structured self, only then this self can move toward a state of wholeness and selfl essness. Th is book attempts to answer those seemingly ordinary questions of life, with deep factual/practical answers. How do I get to my core being? Who am I? What do I do with my religion, culture, environment, family, gender, childhood etc., and how should I interact with these aspects of my identity? I feel like I have no use for some of these concepts. Do I need to learn about them, and if so, why? How do I put a meaning to my life? What do I do with my emotional baggage? Others say I have it all, so why do I feel empty, sometimes? Why do I have such an emotional pain and can t cure it? I have so many people around me, so why do I feel lonely sometimes? In this book there is a case example of an individual who learned about her culture, religion, and family background to ease her self-growth process. An individual who used her immigration experience as a blessing, considering herself privileged to have had experienced living in two seemingly diff erent countries in her lifetime, she moved from East to West in her teen life. She came to learn that this experience had expanded her mind, and thought in ways that would not have been possible if she had not immigrated. She also learned ways to learn and acknowledge the aspects of her life that she had escaped from, and found the experience fulfilling and uplifting. At the end, fi nding one s self, we can learn to move above and beyond any conditioning and become selfl ess. Th is is where we become a master of our own existence by design and are granted full access to our free will. But it takes effort, discipline and determination to get there. This book is for anyone who wants to learn about herself or himself in a personal way-a way that includes reason and love, not imitation and fear. This book is about a journey from me to "I," a journey that is a lifelong process into the beautiful ocean of the unknown. Once we become knowledgeable about who we are, we can stride into this unknown enthusiastically, and without fear, anxiety, and regret. We can allow ourselves to go with the flow, just because it is the way to go; we simply ACCEPT the unknown as another part of our being. This sense of true acceptance comes only with knowledge and awareness of ourselves and our surroundings. Without these two, our acceptance is motivated by fear, or some form of procrastination, apathy, or some other reason that is not related to true acceptance.
How each person is born, raised, and grows in the journey of life is a beautiful, extraordinary, yet comprehendible process. Once we learn the laws and rules of nature and creation, we have learned a great deal about ourselves. We all have to walk through obstacles, barriers, and difficulties in life.
