This is a heart warming story about friendship and determination. When Rabbit Stew Number Two is unexpectedly absent from school, his friends, Chicken Noodle, Doggy Biscuit and Horsey Shoe, go on a relentless search to find out why, After asking all their friends in the wood and on the farm, without success, they go persistently, one by one to Rabbit's family in hopes of getting the answer. They ask ten rabbits but no one has any idea where Rabbit Stew Number Two is, leaving them disappointed and worried about their friend. Finally, their search leads them to Mother Rabbit, who lovingly reassures Chicken Noodle, Doggy Biscuit and Horsey Shoe that Rabbit Stew Number Two is not missing. She tells the three friends that Rabbit is fine, and that he is home in bed getting over the flu.
