A serial killer is dressing his victims in bizarre costumes and strewing their bodies around San Diego County. Nicknamed the Bounty Hunter, because of his habit of taking a souvenir body part from each of his victims, this psycho has the task force stymied. The Sheriff's Department turns to Nia and her partner, Bob Ringley, to solve these grisly murders.
